Returns & Exchanges
At HiVis365.com, our customers are our priority and therefore we make it easy to return an item purchased from us. If you have a new product that you purchased from us still in it's original product packaging, return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll return the amount you paid for the item or exchange the item, guaranteed. We do not reimburse shipping.
- Returns are not accepted for clearance, discontinued, custom, or closeout items.
- Returns are not accepted for items that have been custom altered or built to your specifications or items that are otherwise special order unless an error was made on our part.
- Returns are not accepted for products that are designated as Hazardous Materials.
- Returns are not accepted for HiVis365.com issued Gift Certificates.
- The returned item must be in its original condition and in original packaging. If we receive a return that is not in its original condition then we will return the item back to you.
- If you receive an item that is of the wrong size, the item should not show any signs of wear upon return. Do not put an item into service that doesn't fit.
In instances where a manufacturer requests a restocking fee be added to returns, there will be in place a 15% restocking fee added to your return.
If you receive an item that is in any way defective, we will work with you to get the item replaced. Many of the manufacturer's that we work with have in place warranties and you may choose to contact the manufacturer directly regarding their warranty or you may contact our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in locating the best channel to process a replacement for a defective item.
We are not responsible for the damage or loss of returns as part of your return shipment. You agree to ship return items via a traceable shipping method.
How do I return an Item?
We have made our returns process hassle free, for your convenience.
To initiate a return you can begin the process by completing our Product Return/Exchange Form and e-mailing the completed form to our customer service team at email@example.com or by sending the form via fax to 877-480-6842.
